We are two orthodontic specialists in Fleming Island, and we have been treating Clay County families long enough that the children who came to us first are now bringing us their own.

Every face here is a real patient of ours, and every one of these smiles was finished in our Fleming Island office on Business Center Drive. Some of them are grown up now and sending us their own children.
Two orthodontists who

Both of our doctors completed an accredited orthodontic residency, which is the training that separates an orthodontist from a general dentist who also straightens teeth. Dr. Montoya is board-certified and Dr. Hoffman is board-eligible. They share charts and second opinions, so whichever one you see, you are getting both of them.

Showing up on time, keeping the brushing up, and getting through an appointment all add points to a SmilePoints card, and the points turn into contests and prizes while treatment is going on. It is a small thank-you for doing the boring part well.
